Steal my Mental Reset Meditation Practice

for when quota pressure is high and your head feels overloaded

Does this sound familiar?

You sit down to work knowing exactly what you should be doing, but instead of starting, you stall.

Your head feels foggy.
You replay calls.
You overthink next steps.

And the stress from quota doesn’t really shut off.

You might tell yourself to “just push through.”
Sometimes it works.

Other times you burn a ton of energy just trying to get going.

And you’re tired of feeling behind or mentally fried before the day is even over.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not bad at your job

your brain is overloaded and in survival mode

Your
mental capacity is capped and it’s quietly slowing everything down.

Mental overload doesn’t just feel bad — it affects everything:

  • Productivity slows even when you’re “doing all the right things”

  • Decisions take longer

  • Procrastination increases

  • Stress accumulates instead of clearing

  • Burnout becomes inevitable

If this continues for the next 30–90 days, the cost is real:

  • missed opportunities, slower momentum, burnout risk

This reset creates a fast interruption, before that spiral sets in

What this meditation actually helps with (in real, noticeable ways)

This gives you:

- A 10-minute reset to clear mental clutter and calm the noise

- An easier time starting your next task or call block

- Faster decisions with less second-guessing

- A way to reset after a stressful call so it doesn’t bleed into the rest of your day

Most reps notice a shift the first time they use it

About Your Coach

Hi, I’m Malisa.

I’m a former corporate sales professional turned Mental Performance Coach, and I work with sales reps who are capable, driven, and doing the work but struggling with consistency under pressure.

I’ve experienced firsthand how mentally demanding sales can be, and have made it my focus to help reps steady their focus, confidence, and execution, especially on high-pressure days tied to quota, rejection, and performance reviews.

I don’t teach scripts or sales tactics.

I help reps reset mentally, recover faster from stress, and show up more consistently so performance doesn’t depend on how the week is going.

This reset is one of the simplest tools I use with reps when their head feels overloaded and getting started feels harder than it should.
